Biography
Lynn M. Rider is a Of Counsel and has practiced law since 1985. She assists clients in estate planning, real estate, probate, and planning and decision making affecting older adults, Ms. Rider has also successfully represented clients in bankruptcy actions and family law actions.
Ms. Rider received her B.S. degree in Economics-Mathematics Emphasis from University of Wisconsin in 1982 and her J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1985. Ms. Rider served one term as the Crawford County District Attorney in 1986-87 before choosing to return to private practice. Ms. Rider is a member of the Children and the Law division and the Bankruptcy Law section of the State Bar. She has been a speaker at several meetings and conferences concerning estate planning, guardianship and bankruptcy issues. Ms. Rider has served on numerous local agencies and boards, and is actively involved at St. Peters Lutheran Church. When not at work, Ms. Rider's enjoys traveling, woodturning, quilting and spending time with her three boys.
Ms. Rider is a member of the Wisconsin bar and the following courts: United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin; and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
